You can ask questions, learn a little about my approach, and share as much or as little as you're comfortable with. No pressure. No obligation. Just a place to start.
Cancellation Policy
Serenity Worx — Booking & Cancellation Policies We’re honored to be part of your journey. To help everything run smoothly and make sure scheduled time is respected for everyone, please review the following policies before booking. Booking Your Session Sessions must be booked in advance. Online bookings require at least 24 hours’ notice. Same-day appointments may occasionally be available by direct request but are not guaranteed. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be moved to another available date or time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment and no-shows may be non-refundable. If Serenity Worx Needs to Reschedule If Serenity Worx needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may choose to reschedule or receive a refund of any amount paid for that appointment. Session Time & Lateness Please arrive or log in promptly for your scheduled session. If you arrive late, the session may still need to end at the originally scheduled time so that subsequent appointments can begin as scheduled. Programs, Groups & Special Events Programs, group experiences, worxshops, and special events may have additional booking, cancellation, rescheduling, transfer, or refund terms. Any different terms will be provided with the specific offering before purchase or registration. Communication Need help or have a question? You’re welcome to reach out by email or message.
