Obituary:
Norma Bariaud Miller, 78 of Virginia Beach passed away on July 8, 2023. Born in the Philippines to the late Mario Barri and Lydia Neis, she spent many years in NJ, where she had her own business as a nail technician, touching many lives along the way. After retiring in Virginia, she became active in the Filipino community, making many friends and celebrating her Filipino heritage through dancing, community dinners and parades. She enjoyed cooking for her family and spending time in her garden tending to her flowers and plants.
She leaves behind her husband of 37 years, Steven P. Miller, son, Nelson Manikad, daughter-in-law, Katrina; sister, Edna McGee (Ronnie); brother, Ramon Barri, grandson Matthew Sorge; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother Joe Bariaud.
